Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (€12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Tracking included
  • Free Shipping:
    • Available for orders over €50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship globally, excluding some Asian regions and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, you may return it within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order using the return request template below.
  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will send you a return authorization with shipping instructions.
  3. Prepare Your Return: Carefully pack the item with all original accessories and documents. Include the invoice or proof of purchase in the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided in your return authorization.
  5. Receive Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB or PayPal).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • Clearly indicate in your return request the product you wish to receive as replacement.
  • If the replacement product is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference.
  • If the replacement product is less expensive, we’ll refund the difference.
  • Shipping fees for the replacement item are your responsibility unless the exchange is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Climbing shoes (immediate wear during fitting)
  • Climbing and mountaineering helmets (personal protection)
  • Climbing harnesses (personal protection)
  • Safety equipment already deployed (ice screws, pitons, cams)
